ASU Prep Phoenix Downtown is a tuition-free PreK–12 public charter school with in-person, online and hybrid programs to help students succeed through college and beyond.
 
As part of Arizona State University, our students learn from ASU experts starting at a young age. We offer a dual language program for kindergarteners, internships with community partners, and the chance to earn up to 24 college credits at no cost before graduating high school.

Terms & Conditions

Every guest entering the campus requires a wrist band provided at the designated registration area. Children attending the event must be supervised by an adult. Please check the date and time of the event. Your attendance to this event may be revoked for noncompliance with terms. Any conduct deemed by ASU Preparatory Academy in its sole and absolute discretion to be disorderly or disruptive shall automatically terminate Attendee’s license hereunder. Attendee grants permission to ASU Preparatory Academy to use the Attendee’s image or likeness in connection with any recording via a Device or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this registration relates. Attendee assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the event, including but not limited to injury by any cause and releases management, facility, participants, artists, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. Attendee consents to a reasonable search at the discretion of ASU Preparatory Academy. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Prices, shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change at any time without notice.

Safety & Security 
Security will be conducting bag checks at the entrance. For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to inspect any suspicious items. Please do not bring any of the following items to the event:

• Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to: firearms/guns, knives and sharp objects.
• Illegal drugs.
• Outside food and beverages, including coolers and ice boxes.
• Unauthorized handbills, giveaways, samples and verbal solicitation.
• Bags and backpacks larger than 12” x 12” x 12”
• Wrapped gifts or packages.
• Pets, except service animals.
• Skates, skateboards, bicycles and other recreational equipment.
• Any other items deemed by ASU Prep as dangerous, illegal or detrimental to guests of this event.
