Event Parking Information

Downtown Phoenix Map

Downtown Phoenix

  • Everyone should park in General Parking on the track field shown in yellow on the map, behind the school by driving in from Polk St.

  • Avoid parking off of Fillmore due to heavy student traffic and drivelane.

  • Check-in/registration for all is at the Gym which is right next to the field. Students and staff will be there to guide you!

  • Breakfast and coffee will be available near the Gym.

Polytechnic STEM

  • Everyone should park in Lot 10 marked as “Parking” on the map, next to Cooley Ballroom (number 3).

  • Check-in/registration for all is at Cooley Ballroom which is only a 5 minute walk from the ASU Prep HS (letter A) and 2 min walk to the Aravaipa Auditorium.

  • Breakfast and coffee will be available at both Cooley Ballroom and in the ASU Prep HS Lobby. Students and staff will be there to guide you!

8:30 – 9 a.m.  |  Partner Setup Partners arrive and set up booths/presentations

9:00 – 9:30 a.m.  |  Student Arrival Students check in and get oriented

9:30 – 10:25 a.m.  |  Rotation 1 First group of students in each zone

10:25 – 10:35 a.m.  |  Transition Students move to the next zone

10:35 – 11:30 a.m.  |  Rotation 2 Second group of students in each zone

11:30 – 11:40 a.m.  |  Transition Students move to the final zone

11:40 a.m. – 12:35 p.m.  |  Rotation 3 Final group of students in each zone

12:35 – 1 p.m.  |  Exit & Breakdown Students exit / partners pack up
